CLIent care COORDINATOR

Our new Client Care Coordinator will help us grow and deepen the connection we have with our client community through emotionally engaging customer service and sales conversations with those who we serve.

So we can help recognize, support and inspire our clients and the communities we serve, positively impacting lives thru extraordinary customer service and then showcasing the results thru heart driven testimonies and stories.

Angela has tribe of incredible humans assembled… a relationship-builder’s dream… Maybe yours?

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…

Provide WOW experiences to our clients through personal communication and engaging email, phone and text communications.

Help Angela and the A-Team with a variety of special projects in customer service, sales and marketing. There will be PLENTY of opportunities to learn and grow.

Grow our sphere of influence by attracting new clients and community relationships into our world.

Proactively contribute to all aspects of event development and communications from brainstorming, story telling, Review of past engagement and success to final completion of projects.

You will make out clients and community members HEROES by helping to create and share compelling testimonials showcasing results in fun, creative, unique and beautiful ways

Make continual and impactful improvements to our communications, events and client follow up systems.
